New Sub-Zero Refrigerators: Integrated Series
Following up on last night’s mini-riff, we are about to be hit with a tidal wave of game-changing new product from Sub-Zero / Wolf. We started talking about the new integrated refrigeration (currently known as the 700-series) which will be rolling out shortly. Big changes are:
– the inclusion of air/water filtration
– low temp/high humidity crisper drawers
– more widths! 18″ 24″ 30″ 36″
With the inclusion of the 18″ and 24″ Sub-Zero is squarely placing itself in the NYC or other metro market where kitchen space is scarce and at a premium. Until now, their dominance was felt primarily in new construction which is equipped with larger kitchens that could handle a 36-42-48 fridge. Now, we have availability and flexibility to go with different sizes.
Hey, they’re even trying to make things EASIER on the planning side as they’ve introduced an online panel configuration tool.
And check out the Integrated refrigeration installation videos…everything your contractor or cabinet person would need is here. No one can ever say they weren’t prepared for an install with this content available. Bravo Sub-Zero for demystifying this process!
