Memphis Grill Review – Steve Raichlen Rocks a Tri-Tip Steak on the Memphis Grill – Curto’s
When it comes to grilling (or smoking) when Steve Raichlen speaks, I listen. Intently.
Steve is now using the Memphis wood fired grill on his new show “Project Smoke” and in the video below you will see him use the Memphis as his tool to tackle the West Coast-based tri-tip steak. This is a cut indigenous to SoCal and for some reason has been very slow to migrate eastward (I even asked my guy Mini at Mini Meats in Bronxville about the cut but he said it’s infrequently available).
