A. Yes. We will provide a 1-3 hour timeframe for our technician to be at your home or apartment. We understand how important our customer’s time is so do our best to ensure we arrive within the early part of the service window. However, if a previous appointment or repair takes longer than expected, this allows our technician a little time to still arrive on schedule within the service window. Our repairmen call 15-20 minutes before their arrival for notice.
