In the event we do have to return at a later date to finish a repair, there will not be an additional service cost. We estimate that we are able to finish over 95% of appliance repair appointments on the first visit.
Q. WILL YOU CALL ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?
A. Yes. We will provide a 1-3 hour timeframe for our repairman to arrive at your house or apartment. We know how important our customer’s time is and we do our best to arrive in the earlier part of the scheduled timeframe. However, if an earlier repair or appointment takes much longer than expected, this allows the repairman a little time to be able to still arrive on schedule within the service window. Our repairmen always call 10-15 minutes before their arrival for notice.
