Q. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour window for our technician to be at your home. We understand how important your time is so we do our best to arrive in the earlier portion of our scheduled timeframe. However, if an earlier repair or appointment takes much longer than anticipated, this allows the technician some time to arrive on time in the service window. We call 10-20 minutes prior to their arrival for notice.
