In the event we do have to come back at a later date to wrap up a repair, there won’t be an add-on service fee. We estimate we can finish over 85% of our appliance repair appointments after the initial visit.
Q. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour window for our technician to arrive at your residence. We know how important your time is so we do our best to arrive within the early part of the scheduled timeframe. That said, if an earlier repair or appointment takes much longer than anticipated, this timeframe allows our repairman some time to be able to arrive on time within the service window. We always call 15-20 minutes prior to their arrival.
