Q. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We provide a 1-2 hour window for the repairman to arrive at your residence. We know how important our customer’s time is and do our best to arrive within the early part of the scheduled service window. That said, if an earlier appointment or repair goes a lot longer than anticipated, this allows the repairman some time to be able to still arrive on schedule during the service window. We always call 15-20 minutes prior to their arrival for notice.
