Q. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour window for the repairman to arrive at your residence. We are aware of how important your time is so do our best to arrive during the early portion of the scheduled timeframe. That said, if an earlier appointment or repair lasts much longer than we thought it would, this timeframe allows the repairman some time to be able to arrive on time in the service window. Our repairmen always call 10-20 minutes before their arrival.
