If we do have to come back at a later time to finish a repair, there will not be an additional service fee. We estimate that we complete over 95% of our appliance repair appointments during the first visit.
Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?
A. Yes. We will provide a 2-3 hour window for the repairman to be at your house or apartment. We are aware of how important your time is and we do our best to ensure we arrive in the early portion of the scheduled timeframe. However, if an earlier repair or appointment takes much longer than expected, this timeframe allows the repairman some time to still arrive on time in the service window. We always call 15-20 minutes prior to their arrival for notice.
