Q. IS THERE A SERVICE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We will provide a 2-3 hour timeframe for the repairman to arrive at your house. We understand how important your time is and we do our best to ensure we arrive during the earlier portion of the timeframe. However, if a previous appointment or repair goes longer than we anticipated, this timeframe allows our technician time to still arrive on schedule during the service window. We call 10-15 minutes prior to their arrival for notice.
