Q. WILL YOU CALL ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?
A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour timeframe for the repairman to be at your home. We are aware of how important your time is and we do our best to ensure we arrive in the early portion of our service window. But, if a previous repair or appointment takes longer than anticipated, this timeframe allows our repairman some time to be able to arrive on schedule within the service window. Our repairmen call 10-15 minutes prior to their arrival.
