In the event we do have to return at a later time to complete a repair, there won’t be an additional service charge. We estimate that we are able to complete over 85% of appliance repair appointments after the initial visit.
Q. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We will provide a 2-3 hour window for our repairman to arrive at your house. We know how important your time is and do our best to arrive during the earlier portion of the timeframe. However, if an earlier appointment or repair goes much longer than expected, this timeframe allows the technician time to be able to still arrive on time in the service window. We always call 10-20 minutes before their arrival.
