A. Yes. We will provide a 2-3 hour window for our repairman to arrive at your residence. We are aware of how important your time is and do our best to arrive within the earlier portion of the scheduled service window. That said, if an earlier appointment or repair goes a lot longer than thought it would, this timeframe allows the technician a little time to be able to arrive on time in the service window. Our technicians call 15-20 minutes before their arrival.
