Q. WILL YOU CALL ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?
A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour window for the technician to arrive at your house or apartment. We are aware of how important our customer’s time is and do our best to ensure we arrive during the earlier part of the scheduled service window. That said, if an earlier appointment or repair lasts much longer than we thought it would, this allows our repairman a little time to be able to still arrive on schedule in the service window. We always call 10-15 minutes before their arrival for notice.
