Q. IS THERE A TIMEFRAME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We provide a 1-2 hour window for the repairman to be at your residence. We understand how important your time is and do our best to arrive within the earlier portion of our service window. But, if an earlier repair or appointment takes a lot longer than we thought it would, this timeframe allows our repairman a little time to still arrive on schedule during the service window. We always call 10-15 minutes prior to their arrival for notice.
