A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour timeframe for our technician to arrive at your home. We know how important our customer’s time is so we do our best to arrive during the early portion of our scheduled service window. But, if an earlier repair or appointment takes much longer than thought it would, this timeframe allows the repairman time to be able to arrive on schedule in the service window. We call 10-20 minutes before their arrival.
