A. In most cases. We fill all of our vans with over 90% of the most common manufacturer appliance parts and all of the tools to complete our repair service. If we do have to return at a later date to wrap up a repair, there won’t be an add-on service cost. We estimate we complete over 90% of our appliance repair appointments during the initial visit.
Q. IS THERE A SERVICE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We provide a 1-2 hour window for our repairman to arrive at your residence. We understand how important our customer’s time is and do our best to arrive during the earlier portion of our service window. But, if a previous appointment or repair lasts much longer than we anticipated, this allows the repairman some time to still arrive on time during the service window. We always call 10-15 minutes prior to their arrival.
