A. In most cases. We fill all of our service vans with over 90% of the most common manufacturer parts and the important tools to perform our repair service. In the event we do have to return at a later time to complete a repair, there won’t be an extra service charge. We estimate that we finish over 95% of appliance repair appointments during the first trip.
Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?
A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour window for our repairman to be at your home or apartment. We know how important our customer’s time is so do our best to ensure we arrive within the early part of our scheduled service window. That said, if an earlier appointment or repair takes longer than anticipated, this allows the technician some time to be able to still arrive on schedule within the service window. We always call 15-20 minutes before their arrival for notice.
