Q. IS THERE A WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We will provide a 1-3 hour timeframe for the repairman to be at your residence. We are aware of how important our customer’s time is so we do our best to ensure we arrive in the earlier portion of our scheduled service window. But, if an earlier appointment or repair goes longer than we anticipated, this allows the technician some time to still arrive on schedule in the service window. We call 15-20 minutes before their arrival for notice.
