If we need to come back at a later date to wrap up a repair, there won’t be an add-on service charge. We estimate that we are able to finish over 90% of appliance repair appointments after the first visit.
Q. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour window for the technician to arrive at your residence. We understand how important our customer’s time is and we do our best to arrive during the early part of our scheduled timeframe. That said, if an earlier repair or appointment goes a lot longer than anticipated, this timeframe allows our technician some time to be able to still arrive on schedule during the service window. We call 10-20 minutes before their arrival.
