Q. IS THERE A TIMEFRAME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour timeframe for the repairman to be at your house or apartment. We are aware of how important your time is and we do our best to arrive within the earlier part of the scheduled service window. However, if a previous appointment or repair goes a lot longer than anticipated, this timeframe allows the repairman some time to still arrive on time within the service window. Our repairmen call 10-15 minutes prior to their arrival.
