A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour window for the technician to be at your residence. We know how important your time is so we do our best to arrive during the early part of our timeframe. However, if an earlier repair or appointment takes much longer than anticipated, this timeframe allows our repairman some time to arrive on time during the service window. We always call 10-20 minutes prior to their arrival.
