Q. IS THERE A SERVICE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We will provide a 2-3 hour timeframe for our repairman to be at your house. We know how important our customer’s time is and we do our best to arrive within the earlier portion of the scheduled service window. But, if an earlier repair or appointment takes longer than anticipated, this timeframe allows our repairman some time to be able to arrive on schedule during the service window. We call 10-20 minutes prior to their arrival for notice.
