If we do have to return at a later date to complete a repair, there will not be an add-on service charge. Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN YOU ARE ON YOUR CAY?
A. Yes. We will provide a 1-3 hour window for our repairman to arrive at your house. We know how important our customer’s time is so we do our best to arrive within the early portion of our scheduled service window. That said, if a previous repair or appointment goes longer than we expected, this timeframe allows the repairman some time to arrive on time within the service window. We always call 15-20 minutes before their arrival for notice.
