A. Yes. We stock all of our vans with 90% of the common manufacturer appliance parts and the necessary tools to complete our repair service. In the event we do have to come back at a later date to complete a repair, there won’t be an add-on service charge. We estimate we can complete over 85% of our appliance repair appointments on the first visit.
Q. IS THERE A SERVICE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We provide a 2-3 hour timeframe for our repairman to be at your residence. We know how important your time is and we do our best to arrive in the early portion of our service window. That said, if a previous repair or appointment lasts longer than expected, this timeframe allows our technician time to be able to arrive on time within the service window. Our repairmen call 10-15 minutes before their arrival for notice.
