A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour window for the repairman to be at your house or apartment. We know how important our customer’s time is so do our best to ensure we arrive during the early portion of our timeframe. However, if an earlier appointment or repair goes a lot longer than expected, this timeframe allows the repairman time to be able to arrive on schedule in the service window. Our repairmen always call 10-20 minutes before their arrival.
