A. Most of the time. We fill our service vans with over 90% of the most common manufacturer parts and the necessary tools to perform our appliance repair service. We estimate that we can complete over 85% of our appliance repair appointments during the initial visit.
Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN YOU ARE ON YOUR CAY?
A. Yes. We provide a 2-3 hour window for the repairman to be at your residence. We know how important your time is so we do our best to ensure we arrive in the earlier part of the timeframe. However, if a previous repair or appointment lasts longer than thought it would, this timeframe allows the repairman a little time to still arrive on schedule during the service window. Our technicians always call 10-15 minutes before their arrival.
