Q. DO YOU REPAIR THE APPLIANCE ON YOUR INITIAL VISIT?
A. In most cases. We fill all of our vans with 90% of the most common manufacturer replacement parts and the necessary tools to complete our appliance repair service. If we need to come back at a later time to finish a repair, there won’t be an additional service charge. We estimate that we finish over 85% of appliance repair appointments on the initial visit.
Q. IS THERE A WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour window for the technician to arrive at your residence. We understand how important our customer’s time is so we do our best to arrive during the earlier part of the scheduled timeframe. However, if a previous repair or appointment takes longer than thought it would, this timeframe allows our technician a little time to be able to arrive on time within the service window. We always call 10-15 minutes before their arrival for notice.
