A. Most of the time. We stock all of our service vans with 90% of the most common manufacturer replacement appliance parts and all of the important tools to complete our appliance repair service. If we do have to return at a later date to finish a repair, there will not be an add-on service cost. We estimate we are able to finish over 85% of our appliance repair appointments after the first trip.
Q. IS THERE A WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We will provide a 1-3 hour window for our repairman to arrive at your residence. We understand how important our customer’s time is and we do our best to arrive within the earlier portion of our timeframe. But, if a previous repair or appointment lasts longer than thought it would, this timeframe allows the technician time to still arrive on schedule during the service window. Our technicians call 10-20 minutes prior to their arrival for notice.
