We estimate we are able to complete over 85% of our appliance repair appointments on the first trip.
Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?
A. Yes. We will provide a 2-3 hour window for the technician to arrive at your house. We understand how important our customer’s time is and we do our best to ensure we arrive during the earlier portion of the scheduled service window. That said, if an earlier repair or appointment lasts a lot longer than we anticipated, this timeframe allows our repairman a little time to still arrive on time during the service window. Our repairmen always call 10-20 minutes before their arrival.
