A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour timeframe for our repairman to be at your house. We understand how important your time is and we do our best to arrive during the earlier part of our scheduled timeframe. However, if a previous appointment or repair goes a lot longer than thought it would, this timeframe allows the technician some time to be able to still arrive on schedule in the service window. We call 10-15 minutes before their arrival.
