Q. CAN YOU FIX MY APPLIANCE DURING YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT?
A. In most cases. We fill our vans with over 90% of the most common manufacturer replacement appliance parts and all of the necessary tools to perform our repair service. If we do have to return at a later time to wrap up a repair, there will be no add-on service charge. We estimate we can finish over 85% of appliance repair appointments after the first trip.
Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?
A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour timeframe for the repairman to be at your residence. We know how important your time is so do our best to arrive within the early portion of our service window. However, if an earlier appointment or repair lasts a lot longer than anticipated, this allows the technician a little time to be able to still arrive on schedule within the service window. Our repairmen always call 15-20 minutes prior to their arrival.
