Q. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour timeframe for our repairman to be at your residence. We are aware of how important your time is so do our best to arrive in the early portion of the scheduled service window. That said, if a previous appointment or repair takes longer than we thought it would, this timeframe allows our technician some time to arrive on time in the service window. Our technicians call 10-15 minutes before their arrival.
